Company analysis

What would Vlera OS see in your company?

An analysis begins with your company, not with a checklist: with its goal, its surroundings and what can be seen of them.

A company name or a domain is enough.

What Vlera OS looks at

A company is more than its website.

Vlera OS reads a company in four layers, from the goal to Data & Signals.

  1. The goalWhat the company wants to achieve. Everything else is measured against it.
  2. The company contextOffering, market, capacity and rules: what makes a goal understandable in the first place.
  3. Data & SignalsWhat is visible from outside and from inside, each with its source and its recency.
  4. The six domainsThe same order for every company, so that statements stay comparable.

Why an analysis

A single figure does not explain a company.

Revenue, visitors or enquiries say little on their own. Only in relation to the goal, the capacity and the market does it become clear what matters and what is merely loud.

What an analysis establishes

Not findings by the dozen, but an ordered picture.

An analysis determines five things.

  1. What is knownStatements that are evidenced, with their source.
  2. What is estimated or derivedStatements that rest on assumptions or inference, marked as such.
  3. What remains unknownGaps are named. Unknown is not zero.
  4. Where domains contradict each otherIf marketing, sales and operations draw different pictures, the contradiction is shown.
  5. What matters nowA few reasoned priorities follow from the relations between the domains.
